If you are someone who actually needs guidance and working toward getting pre approved for a mortgage loan, I do not recommend Wally Simpson or Bethany Ollis. Both seemed very nice on the phone and said they would help in any way they could, but then "disappeared". I would rather be denied and told what I can work on instead of being ignored.
This is the second time that I’ve relied on Wally for my mortgage needs. Once again, I experienced friendly, knowledgeable service. The closing was completed ahead of schedule. I was couldn’t hesitate to contact Wally if the need arises.
